ResQ App Ltd. (“ResQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the ResQ platform, including the mobile application, website, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is not intended for children or individuals who are legally unable to enter into binding agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of unauthorized collection from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
